This activity, receiving approximately 25 percent of the foundation’s resources, is focused on fostering a broader, more empathetic understanding of neurodiverse individuals. This is distinct from formal education in that it focuses on lived experience and personal narratives. Activities are designed to build bridges between neurodiverse and neurotypical communities.

Storytelling and Media Projects: The BGS Foundation supports projects that share the stories of neurodiverse individuals. This includes documentaries, podcasts, or online platforms where individuals can share their personal journeys, challenges, and successes.

Community Forums and Events: The foundation hosts public forums, panel discussions, and conferences to facilitate dialogue and personal connection. These events will bring together neuro-diverse individuals, their families, and the wider community to share perspectives and build a more inclusive society.

Consulting and Advisory Services: The foundation provides guidance and consulting to corporations, government agencies, and other organizations to help them create more inclusive workplaces and services. This includes advice on recruitment, accommodations, and fostering a culture of acceptance.
